  • To give a three-year post-study open work visa for degree Level 7 or above qualifications.

Industry Partnership with Education Providers

The New Zealand Immigration is taking an initiative and has partnered with some education providers for that matter. The education providers who are taking part in this pilot phase will be provided with the ability to choose whether or not they would support the streamlined visa processing for individual offshore students.

The industry partner, when chooses the streamlined visa processing, takes the responsibility of sponsoring the students with sufficient funds to maintain themselves.

The intentions of the students are genuine and whether the student has chosen an appropriate course.

Meets the requisites to study the course.

That the student will accept all the visa conditions and leave the country when they would be required to.

The provider will give a letter of nomination if they choose to support a certain student for the streamlined visa processing.

The letter of nomination will have to be submitted to the INZ Visa Application Center along with the completed application form and other documents required with fees.
