  • The child must be attending a day school which independent fee paying as well as is listed on the UK Register of Education and Training Providers.

  • The child who is enrolled for studying in the UK is under 12 years of age.

  • They should have enough funds to sustain a life and home in the United Kingdom.

  • Their intent shouldn’t be to make the UK their primary home.

  • Their last entrance to the UK must be in accordance to the Approved Destination Status Agreement with China.

The Parent of a child at school visa is granted for up to 12 months. The visa holders under this category are not allowed to work and must have enough funds to support their stay in the United Kingdom.
