The workers who cannot qualify for EB-1 or EB-2 visa categories because less qualification should not get worried. There is another category through which they can apply to acquire permanent residence in the United States of America. They can simply apply under the EB-3 category.
In this visa program, three kinds of workers can qualify. These include:
• Low skilled personnel
• Professional workers with a baccalaureate US degree or an equivalent one
• Skilled workers with at least two years of relevant work experience
